This oil has a fantastic flavor. I suggest reading, then re-reading before executing anything in this book.

I am using this as the textbook for my cookbool arts students and a digital version would come in very handy for creating notes and handouts. As for Marcella’s sauce, it is indeed very simple but different from what some might expect from a tomato sauce due to the amount of butter used. The pasta was boiled and then finished in the sauce, served with chopped parsley and a heavy dusting of pecorino.
Besides, its an easy way to relive a dinner at Babbo without paying the price.

Time consuming, expensive and artsy ingredeients combined with a pompous tone. Both are very easy and very good. I also made the asparagus and ricotta ravioli last year for Easter using homemade ricotta sadly, no picture.
