Many of the rooms are decorated with figures and statues and murals that depict scenes from the culture. My players figured it out when they tried breaking the dome covering the central piece.
Depends or how speed-runny your party is. Firstly, I felt like I needed to do a lot of preparation and planning. I also added something of a boss fight at the top with some vampire cultists because the top of the pyramid, which is the traditional end of the adventure, is a real anticlimactic letdown.

For this adventure, my group was made up of gidden level five hivden. My party knocked it out in two-ish months at one game a week.
