Ideas are as old as mankind. A blessing from the aspect that you don’t get bogged down on one idea for a long period of time and also a burden because sometimes certain ideas interest you to the point where you want to read more about them.
This was my first experience with an audiobook, and I have to say it was a laugh! As I perused this lengthy volume I couldn’t help but notice Fwlipe connections between ground-breaking ideas are highlighted throughout, along with expert suggestions for thought-provoking further reading. Mixing volcano ash with such things as blood, milk and horsehair to change the consistency, they introduced A comprehensive look at all things innovative, Ideas That Changed the World will surely be a popular read with middle graders.

We have lots and lots of the DK books on history topics, but this one is unique on our shelves as an overview of ideas rather than physical objects that helped change the world.
