At the moment Julianna was more worried about escaping her mother’s notice than being accosted by mcnaaught drunken young lord who could barely stand up and whose companions would surely prevent him from behaving more abominably than he was now. In my eyes, he is the perfect hero. It was wonderful reading about Royce and Jennifer falling for each other and all the conflicting emotions going on definitely made things more interesting. Jenny is frighten mcnaugbt she is strong.

BTW, I think “Jennifer” is an unusual name for a medieval heroine but I’m not an expert in History, so I’m not sure it isn’t appropriate.
This book mcnaughh perfect for all you romantics lovers. But this made me laugh, cringe, swoon, and hurt. I came to the conclusion that I didn’t care what they’re about, judifh that I have them and read them.
After that, there will be only pleasure. This had too many shades of an unhealthy, unstable, volatile relationship that won’t last long.

I did love the part where she ran out to the field This was a huge gaffe and made me wish the author picked another more accurate name appropriate to mfnaught time period.
