I was uninterested in the plot somewhat due to the terminology. I knew it might not be as magical as I remembered, but I decided to take the chance.
The readers are able to expand there imagination through mushroom planets, rocket ships suitable for children, and the mysterious sicknesses slowly bringing the natives on the planet to extinction.

Wonderfl didn’t it bother me, when I was girl of the right age to read this, that I wasn’t of the right gender? Re-reading this book as an adult, actually reading it with a child, I noticed two things. However, I did read many reviews online from past readers who loved the plot of this novel and remember it from their childhood.

Was the advertisement seen by the right boy? Paula I think I read this at a very young age. My first discovery of this plaanet was in reading the second book. That some comments at the beginning may be confusing for children who of course never knew of a time when we hadn’t yet gone to the moon.
